Cancellation

Complete course cancellation more than 14 days prior: No charge.

(Unless training day is nested while in travel status then $2500.00 plus expenses)

Complete course cancellation 14 days prior or less: Full course fee, plus expenses if applicable.

“No show” students: Full rate charged as per booking.

Open course: student cancels less than 48 hrs notice: Full course fee charged.

Late Students: accepted up to 30 minutes after course starts. More than 30 minutes late, student will be dismissed and full rate charged.

Course canceled by CTEC*: 500.00 credit applied to course fee upon rebooking.

(* If course cancelled by venue, CTEC cannot issue credit)

If any single module not taught: 25% discount on course fee.

Demerit point courses

Due to recent changes in legislation:

The Light Vehicle Advance Driver course is not a demerit point reduction course.

The Heavy Vehicle Advance Driving course does offer a demerit point reduction certificate.

If you desire demerit point reduction, please contact CTEC directly to discuss which option is best for you.

Appropriate footwear

for the driving course:

footware approved for your job. ie steel toed.

footware that has a flat sole and a heel strap. (No flip flops)
